Jos Buttler picks Rahul Dravid to bat for his life
Rajasthan Royals recently uploaded a video on their social media, where R Ashwin and Jos Buttler are seen playing a rapid-fire with each other. When R Ashwin was bought by Rajasthan Royals in the IPL auction, it was a shocker as both Ashwin and Buttler engaged in an infamous Mankad incident during IPL 2019.
During the rapid-fire, both of them answered quite a few questions to each other. One such question was for Buttler, where he has to select the batter who can bat for him if his life was on the line. Buttler had no hesitation in naming Rahul Dravid. He said that Rahul Dravid can bat the whole day.
“If your life was on the line, who would you choose to bat for you?,” R Ashwin asked Buttler.
“Rahul Dravid,” Buttler replied.
“Wow, that’s Nice. Any particular reason?” R Ashwin responded.
“Just, The Wall, you can’t get past that. He’ll bat all day.” Buttler said.

After this answer, R Ashwin said that he will send Jos Buttler’s message to Rahul Dravid, and Buttler also asked Ashwin to do the same.
Apart from this, both of them even joked about the new Mankading rules and what was the conversation between them when they met for the very first time in Rajasthan Royals’ training camp.
