Shane Watson six vs Rajasthan Royals: Watch CSK opener's gargantuan six off Tom Curran hits scoreboard in IPL 2020

Shane Watson six vs Rajasthan Royals: The veteran batsman from Chennai Super Kings took on the English fast bowler at the Sharjah Cricket Stadium.

During the fourth match of the ongoing 13th season of the Indian Premier League between Rajasthan Royals and Chennai Super Kings in Sharjah, veteran Chennai Super Kings opening batsman Shane Watson hit a couple of awe-inspiring sixes off Rajasthan Royals pacer Tom Curran in the last over of the powerplay.

On the second delivery of the over, Watson took his chance to perfection by pulling a short delivery over the leg-side for a six. On the next ball, Watson hit a similar shot towards a similar direction. However, the distance which the ball covered saw it hitting the scoreboard at the Sharjah Cricket Stadium.

Opening the batting with Murali Vijay (21) in a 217-run chase, Watson scored 33 (21) with the help of one four and four sixes before getting dismissed by Royals all-rounder Rahul Tewatia.

CSK, who did well to score 53 runs in the powerplay, lost both their opening batsmen in the next two overs. With Faf du Plessis and Sam Curran in the middle, Super Kings require a brisk partnership to remain in the game.
