Operation Broken Fang CS GO : Skins, Cases, Knives, Maps and everything you need to know about CS:GO's new update

Operation Broken Fang CS GO : Valve is finally waking up from its slumber. As a major update is coming to CS:GO called Operation Broken Fang. There are new agents, maps, skins and much more.

Broken Fang is more of a g0ld themed operation. A stark difference from last year’s winter themed operation. It is the 10th CS:GO operation and Valve is being pretty generous to the community with the new glove and weapon skins and much more new content. New female agents are also added to the game but obtaining them is somewhat different.

New Broken Fang missions and maps –

Similar to certain previous operations like Shattered Web, player will be able to upgrade their Broken Fang coin through completing missions. Completing the missions and levelling up will give players stars which can then be redeemed in the store for many rewards. Valve also introduced many new maps.

There is a jungle-like map called Ancient. Engage and Apollo maps are added to Scrimmage, Casual and Deathmatch modes. A map called Frostbite was added to Danger Zone, while Guard and Elysion was added to Wingman mode. In total 7 new maps are added to the new update.

A new way to track you stats and a new game mode –

Players can now analyze their game better with Map Performance which as the name suggests shows which maps they are good at. Heat Maps are also added for a variety of stats and players can see where their shots are landing. Similarly players can track their kills with each weapon.

A new game mode called Retakes is also available. Three Ts will defend the bomb while 4 CTs will be attacking. Players will have to choose a loadout before the round and first to round wins.

Broken Fang skins, stickers and agents –

The Broken Fang Weapon Case features 17 community-designed weapon finishes, and includes an all new set of gloves as rare special items. Players can decorate their weapons with quite a few new stickers. New weapon skin collections like Havoc, Ancient and Control Collection were also added.

For skin traders there is the new Glove collection as these are only attainable from the Operation Broken Fang Weapon Case. Players will also be able to display their Skill Group on their chest, sleeves and back in the form of patches. 20 new agents are added to the game with an increase in the number of female agents.
