Daniel James: New Manchester United's signing receives praise from Pep Guardiola

Daniel James: New Manchester United signing received an opinion from Pep Guardiola ahead of the Red Devils agreement with the player.

Daniel James has reportedly agreed to personal agreement with Manchester United amidst the transfer talks between the Red Devils and Swansea City.

Manchester United are set to pay £15 million for the Welsh International, in order to hire his services from the following season.

Daniel James have been phenomenal with the welsh club as he found the net six times in his 38 games for Swansea City last season. Additionally, his exploitative pace have won him admirers.

Pep Guardiola is also among his admirers as the Spaniard was impressed with James performance while Swansea City clashed against Manchester City in the FA Cup tie in March.

Although, the Citizens won with a dramatic 3-2 comeback after conceding two early goals, but the 21-year-old gave a remarkable performance.

As per Manchester Evening news, “They had courage to play and they played good. (Daniel) James is incredibly fast, so it’s not easy. We knew that, we spoke about it.”

Several Premier league clubs were targeting Daniel James this summer including Manchester City but only Manchester United are expected to land the highly-rated youngster.

It seems like the youngster is one of the young sensations around whom Ole Solskjaer wants to build his new team as the Manchester United manager revealed his intentions of bringing young players, who can give their heart out while playing for the Red Devils.

Thus, it would be expected from the Welsh forward to stand up to his potential as he is probably bought considering long term squad overhaul requirements.
