David Silva receives interest from AC Milan, as the Italian giants look to hire him while he is at the end of the contract with Manchester City.
Before the start of the season, David Silva declared that he will no longer serve Manchester City after the end of the season and following reports told that he would start his trade in Asia.
But according to the report by the il Corriere dello Sport that AC Milan is interested in extending his stay in European football as they wish to sign him in the next transfer window.
The report further claims that the Italian club even held a meeting with his agent to gauge whether there is the possibility of a move to Italy with the Rossoneri in dire need of experience and leadership.
Meanwhile, there are a number of other options Silva is receiving from China, the United States, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, the United Arab Emirates and Japan that would welcome him as a real star, but there is no shortage of European options too.
But it still remains to be seen what option Silva will accept by the end of his time at Manchester City. He can definitely serve a little bit more time in Europe, as his current fitness allows him that level.
On the other hand, AC Milan has always made it known they intend to focus mainly on young people, but other elements are always needed for the betterment of the club.
The return of Zlatan Ibrahimovic has highlighted how much the inclusion of a mature player and personality can have a very positive impact. A great professional like David Silva, still technically and technically valid, could serve Milan well.
