DC vs MI 2019: 3 Player Battles to look forward to
DC vs MI 2019: The Sportsrush presents before you three intriguing player battles ahead of the 34th match of IPL 2019.
The Delhi Capitals are on a roll and have managed to win 3 matches on the bounce. After a good showing with both bat and ball in the away games, they will return to their slow deck at the Feroz Shah Kotla. How their players adjust to this will be interesting to watch!
Mumbai Indians, meanwhile, have bounced back after facing a defeat against RR and managed to defeat RCB convincingly. They will look to carry on their good form, move to 12 points and make the 2nd spot their own. Here are some of the interesting player battles on display tonight:
Kagiso Rabada vs Hardik Pandya
Rabada has been in fine form and has delivered the good both upfront as well as at the death. Hardik Pandya has also been scintillating with the bat at the back end of the innings and managed to give a flying finish to the Mumbai Indians more often than not. It will be an exciting contest if and when Rabada bowls to Hardik at the death. Who will come out with a smiling face?
Stay glued to your television sets for that!
Rishabh Pant vs Jasprit Bumrah
Bumrah has not taken the IPL by storm but there is no doubt about his capabilities. Similarly, Rishabh Pant has not played very well but he did take Bumrah to the cleaners in their first match. That would give him the confidence to go after the clinical bowler again. On the other hand, Bumrah is sure to have some plans in mind for the young Indian wicket-keeper. Let us see if Bumrah can take his revenge.

Colin Munro vs Rahul Chahar
The Delhi pitch will assist spinners and Rahul Chahar would look to extract maximum assistance out of the pitch and trouble the in-form Colin Munro who can tee-off and score some wuick runs. The best way to counter the Munro threat would be to bring in Rahul Chahar into the attack as soon as Munro comes in to bat. A few variations might have the Kiwi batsman flummoxed.
