DHP vs KHT Dream11 Prediction: Dhaka Platoon vs Khulna Tigers Match Report, Probable Playing 11, Top Players and Best Dream 11 Team.
It will be a battle between two of the best teams in the BPL so far when Dhaka Platoon will lock horns against the Khulna Tigers later today. Khulna Tigers and Dhaka Platoon have both won 7 out of the 11 matches they played so far and are occupying the 2nd and the 3rd position respectively. With Chattogram Challengers almost sealing their top-two finish, it should be a battle which will decide the other team in the top two.
Both these teams have some strong players in their ranks and have performed quite consistently which have resulted in their domination in the tournament. Hence they will be looking to finish the group stage on a high and give themselves a fair chance of getting their hand on the trophy. All in all, we should be in for a high voltage clash and the victory to either team will be a huge boost to them.
Pitch Conditions and Toss
The Sher-e Bangla Stadium in Dhaka has predominantly produced sporting wickets. However, in the last few days, the pitch has been relatively on the slower side and batting hasn’t been pretty easy. The team winning the toss could be in dilemma about their choice. However, given the slowness of the pitch, batting first could be a wise option.

Mushfiqur Rahim will be the undisputed wicket-keeper in our dream XI team. He has been pretty consistent with the bat in hand and has scored runs at the top of the order. He is the 3rd highest run-getter in the tournament so far with 431 runs under his belt at a sensational average of 71.83 and a strike rate of 147.10
Rilee Rossouw and Tamim Iqbal will be the first two batsmen in our dream XI team. Both these batsmen have been exceptional in the tournament so far. While Rossouw is the 2nd highest run-getter of the tournament, Tamim occupies the 4th spot with 392 runs. However, his strike rate has been on the slower side. Rossouw has scored 435 runs in the tournament so far with an average of 54.38 and a strike rate of 159.9. Both these players will be automatic picks in the dream XI team.
Asif Ali and Najmul Hossain Shanto will be the last two batsmen in our dream XI team. The Pakistan batsman has played a few innings of substance but faltered in the last two encounters against Rangpur Rangers. Najmul Hossain Shanto is an impressive young batsman who has shown his talent in the tournament so far with three scores of 30+.
Thisara Perera, Mehedi Hasan Miraz and Robbie Frylinck will be the three all-rounders in our dream XI team. The stats of Thisara Perera isn’t great but his all-round qualities are non-questionable. He is a sensational striker of the ball and chips in with some important wickets at crucial junctures of the game.
Robbie Frylinck looked in terrific rhythm against the Cumilla Warriors with the ball in hand finishing with exceptional figures of 5/16. He is also a clinical striker of the ball and can turn the match with his batting exploits as well.
Mehedi Hasan Miraz is another impressive young player. After being elevated as the opener, Mehedi looked in great touch with the bat. He scored an unbeaten 74 in the previous clash against the Cumilla Warriors.
The three bowlers in our dream XI team are Mohammad Amir, Shadab Khan and Hasan Mahmud. Amir doesn’t need an introduction. He is a wicket-taking option and chips in with some crucial overs at the start of the innings and the end. He bagged 6 wickets in the last 3 matches and will look to keep up the good work.
Shadab Khan has, at last, got into his groove in the tournament. He bagged two wickets each in the last two matches against the Rangpur Rangers. He is an impressive young leg spinner and will be eager to make an impact later today.
Hasan Mahmud has also done a good job for his team. He finished with figures of 4/32 against the Khulna Tigers and will be hoping to replicate the performance.
Captain and Vice-captain
Rilee Rossouw will be the captain of the day while Tamim Iqbal will be the vice-captain.
