Dota 2 Patch 7.29c Notes: Valve nerfs Beastmaster & few other items in the latest 7.29c update

Dota 2 Patch 7.28c Notes: Here are the biggest changes & nerfs Valve has introduced in Dota 2Patch 7.28. With the latest patch, many broken heroes have received de-buffs to make the game more balanced.

Right when the DPC Season 1 is about to end, Valve has introduced Patch 7.28c. This patch is all about bringing balance back to the game. In the last patch, certain heroes had 1 or 2 skills which could be exploited to make your enemies cry. Now, with Patch 7.28c, many of these heroes have been given nerfs to level the battle-field.

This may have a big impact on teams which are currently battling to get to the upper division or qualify for the majors. Patch 7.28c only has 14 changes, and even in them, only a few are very drastic & relevant.

One example of this is the change to Morphling. His ultimate morph, which allows him to shapeshift into the hero he choses to has been significantly nerfed. The cooldown is rescaled and the cast range reduced. Below, you can check out the major changes that have been introduced with Patch 7.28c.

Dota 2 Patch 7.28c major changes

You can check out the entire patch notes by checking out the tweet below. However, to make it simpler, we have compiled a list of the major changes that Patch 7.28c has introduced.

Batrider: The last patch was dominated by Batrider, especially with the change to sticky napalm, so Valve nerfed it to do 50% less damage to all creeps

Earthshaker: In the DPC, we saw how insane it was when morph replicates into Earthshaker, and with the Aghanim’s shard, enemies would be permanently locked down. Now, the Fissure shard aftershock replication now stuns for half duration.

Puck & Outerworld Destroyer have both been nerfed as well. A few of their spells have been reworked. The Astral Imprisonment mana cost is up from 120 to 150, and OD’s base armor & movement speed has come down. Puck’s base damage & waning rift damage has also reduced.

Riki: Riki is one of the strongest carries of this patch, so it was fairly obvious that he will be hit with a nerf. Now, buying an Aghanim’s scepter doesn’t increase the tricks of the trade duration.
