Can EG Beat C9 in this Valorant Americas UB Semi-Finals Match?

C9 has been unstoppable this season. Their team composition in addition to their utility usage and teamwork has been a sight to behold. Utilizing Leaf and Xeppa as flex players was an ingenious move by their coach mCe and they have been reaping the rewards ever since.

EG on the other hand started off really weak. As time went on, they became stronger and stronger, coming full circle and beating NRG in the UB Quarter Finals match. Currently, they are no pushovers, as we saw in the last match. Their teamwork has improved and their duelist Demon1 is just putting in numbers for the team. This will be one match no one can afford to miss.

Predictions

Even though EG looks solid it can be anyone’s game. C9 has looked like the best team in the NA region for a while now. EG might have a chance to beat them but they will need to anti-strat C9 hard or hope for a miracle. C9 on the other hand, has all the odds with them.

We predict C9 will win this match 2-1. EG will take a map off C9 since it is the playoffs and everyone will be trying their hardest.

Head-To-Head

The last time these two faced off against each other was in the League itself. C9 won that match convincingly as you can see in the video above. In the history of Valorant, these teams have faced each other 4 times. C9 has won all of the matches. Will C9 put up another win against EG or will lady luck shine on EG today?
