ENG vs IRE Dream11 Prediction: England vs Ireland 3rd ODI – 4 August 2020 (Southampton)

Hosts England will take on Ireland in the 3rd ODI match of the Historic ODI series. England have already clinched the series and would definitely aim for a clean-sweep whereas Ireland would like to fight for their respect.

England have played some really good cricket in the series and have definitely outplayed their opponents. The bowling of the hosts has been really good but they would certainly like to improve their batting department in this game. England can hand a debut to the all-rounder Liam Livingstone in this game as the series is already decided. Eoin Morgan would continue to bat at the number 6 position in this game too and Topley will miss this game due to a groin problem.

Ireland showed a great fight in the last game with their bowling and would still possess a great threat in this department again. Joshua Little was very good in the last game with three wickets but the main highlight of Ireland’s team has been the all-rounder, Curtis Campher. Curtis has been in an absolutely top-notch form and he would like to continue his form. The likes of Paul Sterling and Andrew Balbirnie need to show more composure in their batting.

England would definitely want to dominate in their own backyard and they can certainly complete a clean-sweep here.

ENG vs IRE Dream11 Wicket-Keepers

Jonny Bairstow and Sam Billings will be our wicket-keeper in this game. Bairstow showed his class in the last game and proved why he is one of the most-deadliest ODI batsmen whereas Billings has scored 113 runs in the series so far, he is the 2nd highest run-scorer of the side. Both of them should be picked.

[Sam Billings can be replaced by Saqib Mahmood if England bowls first]

ENG vs IRE Dream11 Batsmen

Jason Roy and James Vince will be our batsmen from the England side. Roy has failed in both the games till now but he is a player that should never be dropped from the team as he can play a world-class knock on any of his days whereas Vince has been a decent player for the side at the number 3 position and he even picked a wicket in the last game too. Both of them should be picked.

[Eoin Morgan will bat at the number 6 position and should be avoided]

Andrew Balbirnie will be our batsman from the Ireland side. Balbirnie has failed so far in the league but he is a really solid player and was looking in a great touch too in the last game. He is the captain of the Irish side and will be a good pick in this game.

ENG vs IRE Dream11 All-Rounders

Tom Curran will our all-rounder from the England side. Curran has emerged as a limited-overs specialist throughout the world and picked a wicket in the first game too. He is set to return in this game and will be a really good pick.

Curtis Campher will be our all-rounder from the Ireland side. Campher has been the find of the tournament for the Irish side. He is the highest run-scorer of the series and has scored 127 runs in just a couple of games. He has also picked 3 wickets in his bowling and should definitely be picked in this game.

ENG vs IRE Dream11 Bowlers

From England, Adil Rashid and David Willey will make it into our team. Willy has been the best bowler of the series and has picked 7 wickets till now in the league. He has been absolutely brilliant in the powerplay overs and he played a brilliant knock with the bat too in the last game whereas Rashid has also picked 4 wickets till now and became the first-ever English spinner to take 150 ODI wickets. Both of them will be in our team.

From Ireland, Andrew McBrine and Joshua Little would make his way into our team. McBrine is a very good wicket-taking spinner and has also batted well whereas Little picked three wickets in the last game and proved his quality. Both of them will be really good picks to complete our side.

Captain and Vice-Captain

The duo of Jason Roy and David Willey will be our captain and vice-captain in this game respectively.
