NIP Valorant: Ninjas in Pyjamas add eMIL as their Head Coach
Ninjas in Pyjamas were one of the few orgs who moved into Valorant when it was in the closed beta when they moved their Paladins roster to the new game.
But that team quickly fell apart and the org decided with a roster overhaul when they signed rhyme and luckeRRR.
They completed their roster by signing HypHypHyp core of HyP, CREA and Fearoth.
I’m looking for a Head Coach for our Valorant squad, to come assist me in building the worlds best team. An incredibly exciting time in this game right now. Welcome @rhymeVAL and @luckeRRR_ – let’s do it!
Thanks to the old squad for their contributions! https://t.co/42vaClyKiA

After the overhaul of the roster, Ninjas in Pyjamas were actively looking for a Head Coach which will be now be filled by Emil “eMIL” Sandgren.
eMIL started his career in Owerwatch as a Flex Tank 4 years ago.
He made his breakout in 2019 when he signed with German org Angry Titans to play in their Contenders roster.
With impressive performances, he moved to NA to play for Gladiators Legion but the project fell down in december’19.
The org dropped the roster and eMIL returned to Sweden.
We’re extremely thrilled to announce Emil @eMIL_OW Sandgren as the new coach for our VALORANT team.

He switched to Valorant to build and coach a roster with his twin, d00mbr0s and his former Overwatch teammates LATEKS and Leodeddz.
They created a team which now known as FABRIKEN which became one of the most promising roster but failed to secure an org, the roster split.
His brother and the core of the team were signed by FunPlus Phoenix, while eMIL chose to look for another team and ended up joining bonk.
The team also enjoyed relative success when they came 2nd in LVL VALORANT Clash 2 where they also beat Liquid in the process.
With his strength and ability sighted NiP to sign him up, his first tournament will be the BLAST Valorant Twitch Invitational.

Emir “rhyme” Muminovic
Niels “luckeRRR” Jasiek
Damien “HyP” Souville
