After Brutal Cyber-Bullying, Charles Leclerc Fan Responds to "Stalker" Allegations

A Charles Leclerc fan shockingly took to their social media account and made a public statement after they were being accused and harassed of following the Monegasque around. The fan stated that while they have met the 25-year-old often; it is because they stay close to Ferrari’s base in Maranello.

After giving an explanation of how they have ended up meeting Leclerc often, the fan made it clear that they have never had an interest in invading anyone’s privacy. The fan then went on to slam the people who labeled them as a ‘stalker,’ urging these people to stop spreading ‘false’ rumors.

I ask anyone who has insulted me or spoken badly about me without knowing anything about my life to stop spreading false things,” they explained. After urging others to give them respect, the fan also made it clear that from now on, they would not post any images with Leclerc.

F1 supporters empathize with Leclerc fan that faced cyberbullying

F1 fans such as Chrissi stated that it is “so sad” that another supporter has to go through such cyberbullying. Chrissi believes that people are harassing the Charles Leclerc fan because they are ‘jealous‘ that they do not have such an opportunity to meet the Monegasque.

On similar lines, another fan stated that they cannot understand “how people can be so mean“. They too believe that people who are harassing the Leclerc fan are just “jealous because they can’t meet Charles as often“.

And then there were some fans such as Elle who could not understand why some people have a problem if Leclerc himself does not have any concern with the fan.

Charles Leclerc has previously voiced privacy concerns

Charles Leclerc is arguably one of the nicest drivers on the F1 grid and the Monegasque has shown his appreciation for his fans on several occasions by giving them ample time. However, if there is one thing that the 25-year-old does not appreciate, then it is fans that gather outside his apartment and ring the bell.

Leclerc put out a public statement via his Instagram handle a few months ago to request fans not to crowd outside his home. The Ferrari driver stated that while he sincerely appreciates the fans’ support, he hopes that people can respect his “privacy and refrain” from going to his house.

The Monegasque ended his remarks by stating that there is a boundary that no fan must cross. He made it clear that while he would willingly greet his fans at the track, he would not go downstairs to meet them outside his home.
