Lewis Hamilton and Angela Cullen’s split had taken the F1 world by shock. The dynamic duo of the paddock shared an iconic friendship for seven years and six championships. A bond that can never be broken, the physio genius has been by Hamilton’s side through everything the sport has thrown at him.
Thus, when they parted ways, it raised a lot of questions within the community. Regardless, Hamilton has made it clear that Cullen will be his friend for life. Even after walking away from F1, she continues to send inspiring messages to Hamilton before race weekends.
In a recent adventure, Cullen spent time with podcasting legend Rich Roll. Cullen was part of a week-long retreat in the Tuscan countryside, an event bringing together fitness-focused vegans. After her encounter with Roll, she was left star-struck meeting her hero.

An avid listener to one of the top self-help podcasts in the world, she stated, “he creates magic in the studio with his guests that translates to magic in your life.”

Sharing a reel of her time at the retreat, Cullen was filled with praise for the podcaster. Hailing Rich Roll as the “single most influential person who has helped me navigate my crazy world.”
However, the “influential person” tag didn’t sit well with a Lewis Hamilton fan. In a comment, the fan questioned Cullen, “I thought Lewis was the most inspiring and influential person?”
Cullen refused to fall for the trap, as she had a simple reply. “Rich gave me the knowledge and skills that created the opportunity in F1.”
Cullen shows continuous support for Hamilton
Before the Azerbaijan GP, Cullen dedicated a special post to her friend. Continuing to wave the flag for TeamLH, Cullen shared an eloquent message.

“The challenge is to be in the present moment, where nothing else exists, focus and find the quiet! This is where you will find your answers. This is where the magic happens; This is where dreams come true.”
Clearly, the friendship is still alive. Although it is a weird feeling watching Hamilton walk around without his loyal blonde assistant, their dynamic remains unmatched.
