The 2021 Miami Grand Prix was filled with quite a few incidents. From Charles Leclerc crashing out during Q3 to Max Verstappen making his way from P9 to overtake his teammate Sergio Perez for the victory. The race at the Miami International Autodrome had many talking points. In addition, one adorable incident that caught the attention of the fans was Charles Leclerc’s media manager eyeing Perez the whole time during the media interview sessions.
The whole fiasco started out at the Azerbaijan Grand Prix when F1 fans first noticed that Mia Djacic, the media manager of Leclerc paying more attention to Perez than her own client. During the interview session, while Sergio Perez was talking to the media in his Red Bull overalls, the camera caught Djacic stealing quite a few glances at the Red Bull driver.
This continued at the Miami Grand Prix and the same thing happened again. The video of the media manager paying no attention to Leclerc and instead staring at Perez has gone viral. F1 fans were quick to react to the incident and they made some hilarious comments on the internet.

“A Win for Checo”: Fans Go Crazy Over The Adorable Incident involving Sergio Perez
The Formula 1 fanbase chipped in with some amazing comments. While some were very quick to identify who exactly the media manager was, others claimed that it is just the Sergio Perez effect.
One of the fans, Pablo, was very quick to identify the Ferrari media personnel. He claimed, “She’s Mia Djacic, and it won’t take her long to leave the Prancing Horse for the Red Bull!”

Another fan, Axel, provided some pictures from the perspective of Charles Leclerc and it can be seen quite clearly that his crewmate is not really paying attention to him. Her attention is somewhere else.

What Is Next For Charles Leclerc?
It is safe to say that the Ferrari star man has not had the best of starts to the 2023 season. Things became even worse when he crashed out during the Miami Grand Prix Qualifying and had to start from P7. He lost quite a few positions throughout the race but managed to gain them back eventually and finish P7. That is definitely not where the Monegasque driver wants to finish his races
For the next race in Imola, it is believed that Ferrari will be bringing major upgrades. Whether that would be enough for the Maranello-based outfit to change their fortunes is yet to be seen as the Scuderia gear up for their first home race of 2023.
