In the latest development, Lewis Hamilton has congratulated his fellow compatriot and “bro” Neymar. This came right after Bruna Biancardi tagged the Brazilian soccer star in a social media post. Biancardi posted a series of photos that showed Neymar and her expecting their first child together.
Taking to Instagram, she wrote that the duo has been dreaming about the baby’s life, planned his/her arrival, and knows he/she will be here [on Earth] to complete their love. The baby will arrive in a beautiful family with his/her brother, grandparents, uncle, and aunty who are already in love, Neymar’s girlfriend further asserted.
“Come soon, we are waiting for you!” she concluded. Seeing this, Hamilton joined the bandwagon to congratulate the Paris St. Germain forward and his partner on his Instagram. He uploaded the post on his story with the caption, “Congrats, bro.”
Hamilton and Neymar, the rise of a Bromance
It’s not unusual for the sporting world to collide. When it comes to soccer, the most popular tournament in the world, and Formula 1, the most popular racing competition, the collision between the stars is bound to happen.
One collision or ‘bromance’ that built up was between the most famous motorsport icon Hamilton and Brazil’s footballing legend Neymar. The duo met with each other back in 2016, and with seven years down, the friendship is still strong.

The former Barcelona star met with the Mercedes ace during the Copa America tournament in 2016. From there on, the duo has been spotted hanging out together in multiple places, including NBA matches, fashion weeks, and many more places.
Hamilton picked the best race of his career in Neymar’s country
In a recently released video by the Mercedes F1 team, Lewis Hamilton opened up about the best race of his career. The seven-time world champion chose the 2021 Brazilian GP to win as his favorite among the 103 race wins he has under his belt.
The British icon chose the Sao Paulo race as the most special one because the venue was holding the race for the first time after the coronavirus pandemic in 2020. With half a million people lost their lives in the South American country, the win put the 38-year-old in a position to “lift” the nation he always loved.
Furthermore, the new Brazilian citizen’s long-time love and praise for Ayrton Senna, the Brazilian people, and the sheer domination on the track made the race at Interlagos a lot more interesting and exciting than any other race.
