Max Verstappen’s Stereotypical Elder Brother Side Caught on Camera By Sister Victoria Verstappen

Reigning Drivers’ Champion Max Verstappen has established himself as one of the most dominant F1 drivers in recent times by achieving success week in and week out. The Dutchman has already won two world championships and is on course for his third title this season after he grabbed his fourth consecutive win at the Canadian Grand Prix last weekend.

And as Verstappen continues to achieve more and more success, many also believe he has become more and more annoying. And as the focus continues to be on the Red Bull driver, an old video has resurfaced that he may not just be annoying on the race track but also in his personal life.

An old video shows Verstappen showing off his annoying older brother traits as he interrupts his younger sister, Victoria, while she is carrying out a recording session with her friend. Even though Max and Victoria did not share much time together during their younger days, they yet share an extremely close relationship. And the old video that has resurfaced seems to suggest the same.

Why are you sitting here“: Victoria seems annoyed with Max Verstappen

As seen in the video below, Max Verstappen seems to intrude Victoria Verstappen’s recording session as he comes and lays just behind the camera. The Dutchman hilariously asks his sister and her friend if they can see him.

After both Victoria and her friend reply that they can see him, Max hilariously replies, “I am here for support“. On hearing this, Victoria seemed confused and slightly annoyed as she asks Max, “Support? Why are you sitting here?” Max then ends the conversation by stating that he sat there because it is “nice and chilly” there.

On seeing the interaction between Max and Victoria, several F1 fans tried to make their own connections from their personal lives. Fans such as Nini felt sympathetic for Victoria by giving the example of how her relationship is with her elder brother.

On similar lines, fans such as Kaya stated that they can relate to the relationship between Verstappen and Victoria.

And then there were some other fans who hilariously stated that while they love their younger siblings, they “love being annoying” as well.

While Max and Victoria do share a close bond, the 23-year-old Instagram influencer one stated how her brother’s racing career resulted in her making some serious sacrifices.

Victoria was unable to spend time with Jos because of Max’s racing career

During one of her Instagram Q&A sessions, Victoria Verstappen once revealed how she used to miss her father, Jos Verstappen, who was often away supporting Max with his racing career. When asked about the same, she replied, “Hell yeah, but we always called every day. So I never felt short. Cause I knew what he did it for“.

Moreover, Jos was also away from Victoria when she gave birth as he was busy supporting Max in Abu Dhabi during the 2021 world championship. As Victoria revealed in her Q&A that she understands why Jos was away and how she was grateful to her father for making up to her by speaking to her on phone on a daily basis.

And furthermore, even when it comes to Max, he has not let her sister’s sacrifices go to waste. The 25-year-old has established himself as arguably one of the greatest drivers of this generation if not of all time as he continues to dominate the sport week in and week out.

The Dutchman will next compete at the Austrian Grand Prix, where he will look to grab his fifth consecutive win and the seventh of the season.
