McLaren Boss Reveals What Frustrates Him About Lando Norris
Lando Norris is inarguably McLaren’s star driver ever since his debut in the sport. He outperformed his highly-rated 8-GP winner teammate Daniel Ricciardo on multiple occasions.
In 2023, Norris will be heading into the fifth season of competing in Formula 1 with a long-term deal with the McLaren F1 team still intact.
The 23-year-old Briton will be teamed up next to Oscar Piastri who has replaced Ricciardo after a chaotic turn of events during the 2022 silly season.
While he has impressed his teams with his exploits on the track and work ethic, there are a few things that are not lauded by his boss Zak Brown.

What frustrates Brown about Lando Norris?
Norris’ habits that irritate Brown are not so serious. But they are still something that the McLaren boss would like if they were gone.
Interviewing for the GQ Magazine, Brown pondered for a bit and then said that the young Briton is usually later than five minutes. He further explained that if they have to leave at sharp 8, it becomes 8:07.
Although, he appreciated his honesty saying. Brown said that Norris owns up to things that are his faults and he has definitely improved over time.

McLaren boss thinks Norris will soon become a champion
Apart from that one irritating habit, Brown has nothing but praise for his young driver. He was impressed by how Norris grew up from a teenager to a young adult. He learnt how to integrate himself into the team.
Brown believes that the team has got the best out of him. What he likes most about Norris is how calm and cool he is even when he is set to go up against an experienced driver.
He believes that Norris has got another 10 to 15 years in front of him. As long as the team can provide him with a competitive car, he will become a world champion.
