George Russell’s girlfriend, Carmen Montero Mundt, has recently revealed her favorite stress buster. Taking to Instagram, Mundt shared that she finds the Mercedes star’s race on Sunday interesting and enjoys the sport.
When asked by a fan on her personal Instagram account, Mundt revealed her interest in the sport. A fan asked her if it was hard for her to go and see his boyfriend Russell on the weekend. To which the British international shared a positive response.
She wrote, “Not at all. Takes my head away from work and I enjoy the sport and spending time with him.” The investment associate also shared, “There’s nothing that brings me more joy than G’s [George’s] success.”
Mundt is often found accompanying the Silver Arrows star in the paddock. She flies from country to country in her free time to be with her boyfriend and is an active example of the good times the duo spend together besides having their individual work going on.
Mundt revealed how she met Russell
Recently, Mundt asked her Instagram followers to ask her questions as he probably was getting bored. There, the fans have asked her multiple questions, including how she met the 25-year-old.
Answering the fan, she wrote, “George and I met through a mutual friend in London.” As per reports, Russell and Mundt began dating each other in the year 2020.

However, they were connected before appearing publicly in the 2020 Tuscan GP. The investment associate was in the early stage of her career while George Russell was still with Williams.
Russell shared Mundt’s role amidst mental health problems
Mental health problems in this era are one of the biggest human issues. Psychologists and psychiatrists worldwide have been stressing about this particular problem for quite some time now.
Amidst this issue, the Mercedes star has revealed that his girlfriend, Carmen Montero Mundt, has been “incredibly supportive” of him. Whenever he was suffering from such issues, he said he talked to his friends and, most importantly, Mundt, who has been immensely supportive throughout.
Talking to Square Mile recently, the British F1 driver has also revealed how the 2020 Sakhir GP loss affected him mentally. Even though George Russell has come over the unlucky day, his partner has substantially supported him for times immemorial.
