Lewis Hamilton has once again taken the internet by storm by posting a shirtless image on his social media handle. The Briton did so following the conclusion of the Monaco Grand Prix this past weekend. Hamilton’s shirtless pictures have become symbolic as each time he puts up such a post, a member from the F1 paddock loses their job.
The latest fear is that Hamilton’s shirtless image has put Charles Leclerc’s race engineer Xavi’s job in danger. This is because Xavi is currently under the pump after having made several disastrous calls recently.
F1 fans fear Xavi may lose his job after Lewis Hamilton removed his shirt
Soon after Hamilton posted his shirtless image on his Instagram account, several fans such as Eva and Nic foreshadowed that this is the end of Xavi.

Meanwhile, some other fans such as Ayyra referred to Hamilton as their ‘savior’ since Xavi has often made some poor calls.

On similar lines, fans such as Zo stated that Hamilton is attempting to save Charles Leclerc by having Xavi gone.

Ex-F1 personnel that have fallen victim to Hamilton’s shirt removal
It all began last year when Sebastian Vettel announced his retirement just a few days after Lewis Hamilton first removed his shirt. The second time the Briton did so, McLaren announced that they were parting ways with Daniel Ricciardo.
A similar scenario also took place the third time as Nicholas Latifi also lost his spot on the F1 grid. And Hamilton’s rivals are not the only ones that seem limited to this curse. This is because earlier this year, Hamilton’s former physiotherapist Angela Cullen also became a victim of the Briton’s shirt removal.
While there is obviously no proof of the Hamilton shirt removal curse, it is just strange how often an F1 personnel has lost their job soon after the 38-year-old shows off his body. Now it remains to be seen whether Charles Leclerc‘s race engineer, Xavi, will suffer the same fate or not.
