Ferrari to have a new name in 2019
Ferrari did not quite have the season that they wanted to in 2018, as despite having the best car on track for a large part of 2018, they couldn’t cash in and leave Mercedes behind.
A lot of it had to do with the mistakes that the team made as a whole; driving mistakes on part of Vettel and strategic mistakes on the team’s part.
However, still they did manage to give Mercedes a good run for their money, with the championship race seeming to be a lot more closer than in the last few years.
Going into 2019, Ferrari would be hoping that things could change for the better and with Leclerc coming in in place of Kimi, the future is already here for the Italian team.
Now, it is not only the driver lineup that looks different for 2019, but it is also the official team entry name for Ferrari, which will be Scuderia Ferrari Mission Winnow.
Racing Point Force India too had a name change, as they dropped Force India altogether, with the team now being called Racing Point F1 team.
With Rich Energy coming in as the sponsor for Haas, they too would be known a little differently in 2019; Rich Energy Haas F1 Team.
Twitter did not seem amused with Ferrari’s new name, with a lot of fans taking the mickey out of Ferrari for this new name.
Albon is still TBC. Force India name disappears as team becomes ‘Racing Point F1 Team’. Ferrari’s official entry name is ‘Scuderia Ferrari Mission Winnow’, and Haas is ‘Rich Energy Haas F1 Team’ #F1

Has someone thanked Ferrari for the season-long LOL moments #F1 fans will have in 2019 thanks to their new official entry name – Scuderia Ferrari Mission Winnow? It's like the team requires a constant & impatient reminder of why they are in the sport in the first place. #Ferrari

Name changes for 2019
Racing Point Force India: meh kinda weird but not the worst
Rich Energy Haas F1 Team: nothing wrong with that, bit long but it'll do
Scuderia Ferrari Mission Winnow: WHAT IN GODS NAME ARE THEY THINKING OF? TERRIBLE DECISION

What do you think about Ferrari’s new name for the 2019 season? Have things already begun on a bad note for them?
