Level Up is a special series of cards in FIFA 23 Ultimate Team that boosts the stats of selected players. However, it differs from other in-game promotions, as it can further evolve the already upgraded FUT card. The Atletico Madrid defensive midfielder Axel Witsel is the latest addition to the Level Up series.
The Belgian professional’s highest-rated card was a World Cup edition. However, EA Sports has now given him his new highest-rated card, a Level Up version of the player. This new card has the potential to evolve into an even better one. However, it is available only as a reward for completing an SBC.
About FIFA 23 Axel Witsel Level Up
The default FUT card for Axel Witsel is of Common Gold grade and has a rating of 79. Many fans may use it to complete Squad Building Challenges. However, the new Level Up version of Axel Witsel is a must-have card for their starting lineup. After all, this new in-game item has a rating of 91 and has fantastic stats.

On the Level Up card, Witsel is listed as a Central Defensive Midfielder (CDM). However, fans can turn him into a Central Midfielder (CM) to better suit the formation and chemistry of the club. This promotion also provides the Belgian star with 4-Star Skills and a 4-Star Weak Foot. But the maxed-out Level Card has 5-Star Skills.
How to finish the FIFA 23 91-rated Axel Witsel Level Up SBC?
Electronic Arts did not make the Squad Building Challenge more difficult to complete to obtain the 91-rated Axel Witsel Level Up card. They simply need to assemble an eleven-player lineup. However, they must fulfill several requirements while making them, which could make things challenging.
- The team must include at least one LaLiga player.
- This lineup’s total rating should be at least 84.
To fulfill this challenge, fans may need to spend more than 23,000 FUT coins on the Transfer Market to create the fodder. It’s an excellent price for a high-rated card. However, fans can lower the number of coins necessary by using spare cards. If they run out of resources, they can take part in FUT matches to refill them.
How to fulfill the 93-rated Witsel Level Up objective?
Fans must complete an in-game objective to get the 93-rated Axel Witsel Level Up card. This objective needs fans to engage in FUT matches, so they can finish it without spending any FUT coins.
July 16th: Level Up Witsel- Fans must use the 91-rated Axel Witsel Level Up card in 10 separate FUT matches, and the Starting XI must include five LaLiga players.
NOTE- Fans can complete this objective by playing any type of FUT match (Squad Battles, Division Rivals, FUT Champions). If they do it through Squad Battles, they must play at or above Semi-Pro difficulty.
