Genshin Impact 3.7 update is just around the corner. Before the update is available for players, the servers will be taken down for maintenance. Here is the Genshin Impact 3.7 server maintenance schedule.
Once the servers get taken down, players will not be able to play the game for five hours. It is recommended that they finish all their quests before the servers get taken down.
“Duel! The Summoners’ Summit!” will be the theme of the upcoming 3.7 update and players can find all the information regarding the banner updates here.

As per HoYoverse, the servers will be taken down for maintenance on May 24, 2023 at 6:00 (UTC +8). The maintenance usually takes about five hours and players are heavily rewarded for their patience during these five hours. It should be noted that only in the USA, the update will be out on May 23, 2023.

Rewards after server maintenance is done
After server maintenance is finished, players will be receiving 300 Primogems from HoYoverse for the patience they have shown while the servers were down. However, if the maintenance takes longer than five hours, players will get additional Primogems for every hour they have to wait.
Players can find all the rewards in the mail section in-game. Players can utilize them anytime in the game. However, they will have to collect them within 30 days because in-game mails get deleted automatically after that.
