How to Make the Auto Crafter in Minecraft
A Crafter will help you automate making resources in the game so you do not have to worry about actively making the things you need. It is the perfect tool for people looking to craft arrows, weapons, or blocks for their build in the game.
That being said, acquiring materials for this project can be a little time-consuming. You will need to get some Redstone which is rare and a couple of other things which are fairly easy to find around the world. A Crafter essentially is the automated version of the Crafting Table in the game. Let us see what materials you will require to make it in the game.
Ingredients Required and How to Find Them
For this build, you will require the following ingredients we are listing below.
- 2 Redstone Dust
- 2 Crafting Tables
- One Dropper
- 5 Iron Ingots
First, you can easily make two Crafting Tables without much effort using wood from any trees that you find. If you do not know how to make a Crafting table, here’s a short and simple three-step guide. Next, we are going to search for Two Redstone Dust. You can find Redstone Dust by digging deep underground (at least below 16 blocks). It will be best to carry a Fortune-enchanted pickaxe with you.
Next, you will need a Dropper. For a Dropper, ensure that you collect enough Redstone Dust from underground. Then go and collect some cobblestones. They can be found almost anywhere in mines or caves. Now to make a Dropper, open the Crafting Table, place 7 Cobblestones and One Redstone Dust.
The alignment is simple. Place three Cobblestones on the first row, two Cobblestones on the left and right block of the second row, and the same with the third. Now, place the Redstone Dust in the middle block of the third row and craft. You will have your Dropper.
Lastly, you will need to also get some Iron Ingots. There are multiple ways in which you can obtain Iron Ingots in the game. You can either find them or craft them. To find them, search Jungle Fortresses, Pillager Outposts, and more. However, if you want to craft them, you can find iron ore in caves.
Take the Iron and put it in a Furnace to make Iron Ingots, you will need five of these. Once you have them, it is time to assemble the Auto Crafter.
Making the Crafter
Now for the final step of the process, making the Crafter. Gather all of your ingredients and make your way towards the Crafting Table and place them in the order we are specifying. Place three Iron Ingots on the first row, followed by one on the left and right side of the second row. After that, place the second Crafting Table in the middle of the two Iron Ingots in the second row.
For the final row, place Redstone Dust on the left and right block and place a Dropper in the middle block. Craft and you shall have an automatic Crafter with you. Put it in your inventory.
Auto Crafting in Minecraft
Now, let us take a look at how you can Auto Craft in the game. But before that, you will need to figure out how you want to use it. If you want to craft multiple things, you will need to put the ingredients of the recipe in the Crafter and put a button on the side of it.
Whenever you need that resource, you push that button and the resources you put for that item will make it for you. You can also add Redstone Repeaters to ensure that the Crafter drops multiple items whenever you need more.
