The Legend of Zelda Tears of the Kingdom

The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom fan impressed the whole gaming community with his imagination, creating an orbiting strike satellite laser cannon.

The Legend of Zelda games have always been known for introducing new features in order to surprise their massive fans. The latest addition to the series, Tears of the Kingdom, is no exception, as it also introduced various new features. But it was the crafting mechanics that everyone is most excited about.

Crafting mechanics isn’t something new to the gaming world, as several video games already have the feature that allows players to create various in-game items. However, Zelda fans are taking advantage of the new crafting mechanic to create things that the devs could never have anticipated in the game.

Orbital laser strike in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom

The lore of every Zelda game is usually set in mythical but ancient times. But thanks to the new crafting mechanics, fans have added a futuristic touch to the game. A video recently went viral where a player took down the three-headed dragon Gleeok with ease using a made-up weapon.

The Tears of the Kingdom player designed a weapon that soars over the Gleeok and kills the dragon without requiring Link to use his sword. But Link must evade the enemy’s strike while it keeps getting hit from above. In the video, it took the player around a minute to defeat the three-headed dragon.

Other fans will undoubtedly be thinking about how to make this lethal weapon to take down Gleeok. The gamer apparently tied two construct heads to a hover stone, then strapped six beam emitters to each head. Then, to complete this orbiting strike satellite laser gun, add a rocket and a sled to it.

How other Zelda fans reacted to this creation?

The Zelda fans were quite amazed to see the self-made orbiting strike satellite laser cannon. But the main reason for their shock was how players were creating such devices when the game has been out for only a few days.

It was fantastic to see how inventive fans have been with Tears of the Kingdom because of the crafting mechanics. This new Zelda game has lived up to all of the anticipation. So, it won’t be surprising if it ends up winning the “Game of the Year” title this year.
