Giovani Lo Celso is wanted by the two Spanish heavyweights – Real Madrid and Barcelona.
Giovani Lo Celso is one of the hottest prospects in Europe who has stamped their authority in the La Liga. The Argentine International decided to move to PSG during January 2017, but he was loaned out for rest of the season to Rosario Central.
Unai Emery decided to utilize him last season where he made 48 appearances and scored 6 goals in the process at Parc Des Princes. When Thomas Tuchel took over the club, he clearly stated that the midfielder will not be in his plans which forced the 22-year-old to look away in the transfer market.

Real Betis registered interest on the midfielder and lured him to Benito Villamarin Stadium last summer. He has been scintillating under the management of Quique Setien who is getting his rewards for laying an excellent foundation at the club.
Under the management of the Spanish International, Lo Celso has excelled and has made a name for himself in the La Liga. His output is phenomenal as he has scored 12 goals in all competitions as an attacking midfielder. The Real Betis midfielder has further assisted four to his teammates.
The Argentine has age on his side as he turns 23 in the next two months. Blessed with pace, vision, and tenacity to beat defenders with nimble footwork, Lo Celso is integral to Quique Setien’s plans who is planning to buy him in a deal involving 19 million euros which was agreed on last summer.
Giovani Lo Celso has also made 10 appearances for his country and was part of the preliminary squad for Argentina in the World Cup. Jorge Sampaoli was criticized for his exclusion from the final world cup squad.

Real Madrid are willing to listen to offers for Isco and Mateo Kovacic as they prepare to reshuffle some of their midfielders in that department. On the other hand, Barcelona are ready to live their life without the Croatian International Ivan Rakitic who is attracting interest from Manchester United, Chelsea, and Inter Milan.
If an offer arrives from both the clubs, it will be a tricky situation for the Argentine International in the summer window. Paris and Barcelona do not enjoy a good relationship after the Blaugrana nicked Frenkie De Jong from the French outfit’s hands. By keeping this in mind, it will be interesting to see if they would do business in the future.
