Harry Kane drops a heartfelt message for the outgoing manager Mauricio Pochettino after the latter received the sacking last night.

Mauricio Pochettino was sacked by Tottenham Hotspurs in a surprising revelation by the club through their official website last night. The messages from his players and admirers poured in on social media.

One of the most heartfelt messages was from none other than Harry Kane, who was brought to fame by the Argentine manager. In a tweet posted by the English striker, he has expressed his gratitude towards Pochettino.

Gaffer. I’ll be forever thankful to you for helping me achieve my dreams. We’ve had some amazing moments in the last 5 and a half years that I will never forget. You were my manager but my friend as well and I thank you for that relationship. Good luck with your next chapter!” wrote Harry Kane on Twitter.

Pochettino had a tough start to the season after his side ended up 14th after the 12 games in the league, which compelled the board at Tottenham to axe the Argentine manager from the job.

A few hours later, the club further announced that former Manchester United and Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho has replaced the outgoing Pochettino from the club.

Meanwhile, there are also reports that Pochettino can soon take up a job at Bayern Munich or Arsenal. He is even linked to join Manchester United amidst the uncertainty of his job at the club.

After the announcement, Pochettino is yet to give a public statement and his future case is still bound till speculations. Amidst this, even Dele Alli has wished luck to his now former manager.

Mourinho will immediately take charge of the club and his first encounter will be against West Ham in the Premier League on Saturday.
