Highlights of MS Dhoni’s cake-cutting ceremony

Former Indian captain and veteran keeper-batsman MS Dhoni has turned 37 and celebrated his birthday along with Indian team members and the family members in grand style.

Among many others, two cakes were ordered. The first one was as per normal conventional. Dhoni cut the cake and everyone sang the iconic ‘Happy Birthday to You’ song. Thr second cake that was cut was not for eating purposes as Indian players smashed the cake on Dhoni’s face.

Dhoni is one of the greatest cricketers that India has ever produced. He has close to 10000 runs in ODI and has various records as a wicket keeper as well. Currently, he is the most senior player in the Indian team.

The veteran keeper-batsman MS Dhoni has just turned 37 and the cricketing fraternity is going gaga on the occasion. Several celebs like Sachin Tendulkar, Virender Sehwag and all members of the Indian cricket team wished Dhoni and congratulated him on his long and prolific career.

The fans were treated to a Dhoni special at the Sophia gardens in Cardiff. When Dhoni came out to bat in the second T20I against England, India were really struggling at 79 for 4. However, he took India to a respectable 148 run total.

Dhoni recently played his 500th international match. He will be next seen in action in the 3rd T20I against England tour played at the county cricket ground in Bristol.
