Neymar has scored 28 goals in 30 appearances for PSG this season, and has been on Real Madrid’s radar for quite some time.

With speculations over Brazilian’s move to Real growing stronger by the day, Real Madrid’s manager Zinedine Zidane has finally spoken up.

Talking to media, Zidane claimed that he will only answer questions about his transfer after the Champions League final.

“I’m not going to talk about a player who isn’t mine,” the coach said at the press conference. He stressed that he will talk about Neymar and all the other transfer speculations after the footballing season.

“Ten more days remain. After that, we’ll talk about whatever you want. But not now,”, Zidane said.

Neymar signed for Paris Saint Germain only last year in a world-record transfer deal from FC Barcelona. Since joining Neymar, he has been a centre-of-attraction in the French capital for various reasons.

There were some disturbances in relationship between Neymar and Edinson Cavani. Neymar is currently on sidelines as he recovers from ankle injury, which he endured in February this year.

He also addressed the futures of his young players, Mayoral Borja and Dani Ceballos.

“One year here is 10 somewhere else, training with the players we have here isn’t a year wasted,” Zidane told the media. “They’ve improved greatly, they’ve had minutes and every player hopes to play more,” added Zidane.

Previously, Barcelona’s star forward Lionel Messi also talked about Neymar’s speculated transfer to Real Madrid. He said that it would be terrible if the transfer goes through.

Spanish media reports have claimed in the past that Real are set to break the world record transfer fee to land Neymar in Madrid.

Real Madrid drew their final game against Villareal 2-2, finishing 3rd in the La Liga table. However, they await their biggest game of the season next week, when they face Liverpool in the Champions League final.
