Indian Captain Virat Kohli wishes Harbhajan Singh on his birthday

Indian veteran off spinner and part of the CSK franchise in the IPL, Harbhajan Singh has turned 38 today and social media is all abuzz with fans and cricketers wishing Bhajji on his birthday. Star batsman and Indian Captain Virat Kohli is also part of the long list.

Harbhajan Singh was part of the Mumbai Indians franchise in the IPL for a long time. However, in the 11th edition they decided to go for leg spinner Mayank Markande and hence did not pick Harbhajan.

Bhajji was then picked by the MS Dhoni led side Chennai Super Kings. Bhajji was dropped in the IPL final against SRH but CSK came out victorious.

Harbhajan was a crucial part of the CSK franchise throughout the league stage of the IPL. Although he did not pick too many wickets, he bowled consistently and did not allow the opposition batsman to get away.

Several cricketers including Suresh Raina and Virat Kohli wished Harbhajan a very happy birthday.

Even the Mumbai Indians which was Harbhajan’s previous franchise could not resist but term Harbhajan the greatest off spinner.

Harbhajan has been an iconic figure of the country for the longest time. He still has a few trick up his sleeve and continues inspiring a generation of young cricketers.
