We bring to you the Weather Report, Pitch Report and Head to Head of the Ireland vs India 1st T20I to be played at the Village in Dublin.

Weather report

Weather Gods seem to be very kind for this match as their no forecast of rain. There would be sufficient wind blowing for it to help the pacers swing it around just a tad bit.

The temperatures would hover around 20 degree Celsius and there are no chances of rain. The humidity would be relatively high- above 50% for the most part. However, as the sun sets, the temperature would become cooler and present a challenge for the Indian players.

Pitch report

The game will be played at the Village in Dublin which is located near the sea shore. This effectively means that the ball may swing (very little though) in the first couple of overs if there is ample amount of wind.

The pitch has runs to offer and it would be no different this time. The last game played on the pitch was the inaugural Test of Ireland played against Pakistan. Although the overhead conditions assisted the pacers, runs were on offer once the sun came out.

Head to Head

India have faced Ireland in only one T20I till now which the Men in Blue easily won. This will be the only second time that the team is facing the Irish team.

In the previous match that the two teams played, India trumped Ireland by 15 runs in the 2009 T20 World Cup. There is no argument about the fact that which is the better side between the two.
