Manchester City Vs Leicester City has been a tremendous game so far with both sides involved in an end to end game in the 18th game-week of the Premier League.

Jamie Vardy who is in a terrific form scored the opening goal in the match to make his side get an early lead. It was in the 22nd minute when Vardy received a lethal ball from Harvey Barnes, which efficiently defeated Manchester City’s defence.

The English striker used his pace to make it more tough for the hosts to recover, however, he made a heavy touch and was about to lose the ball from Ederson, but the goal-keeper could not reach to the ball and Vardy lobbed the ball into the net.

With this, Vardy gave a good lead to his side, but it was short-lived, as Riyad Mahrez’s stunning strike equalized the score. Further, Ilkay Gundogan’s penalty brought Manchester City at the lead before the half-time.

So far, the game has been really energetic and entertaining. Both teams realize the importance of this game, as it can be crucial for the race for 2nd spot in the league table.

Liverpool is sort of out of reach for both clubs considering the form of the Reds. on the other hand, Leicester City has also been ferocious and the Citizens have struggled to maintain competition with them.

Even the Foxes are not letting Guardiola’s side an easy round of football, as they have made equally decisive chances, and now with the other half to go, the match would surely have a lot more to offer.
