Jasprit Bumrah trolls IPL rivals Royal Challengers Bangalore over their latest logo

Jasprit Bumrah trolls IPL rivals Royal Challengers Bangalore after Virat Kohli led side releases its new logo ahead of the 12th season.

Indian Premier League side Royal Challengers Bangalore released its new logo ahead of the start of the new edition of the tournament, but India’s fast bowler Jasprit Bumrah didn’t spare to have their moment and trolled them.

The three-time finalists finally revealed their logo after leaving everyone in surprise by taking down their Instagram posts and profile and cover photos from the social media handles, including Instagram, Twitter and Facebook.

The action surprised not only fans but also star players of the team like skipper Virat Kohli and AB De Villiers. Kohli also claimed that he has no idea what was going on inside which led them to do this.

On the other hand, De Villiers also expressed his shock over the incident. In the end, the mystery got solved on Friday, as they revealed their new logo which features a lion.

The franchise said it “embodies the bold and fearless attitude” of the 3-time finalists. There were speculations that the franchise might also change its name to Royal Challengers Bengaluru but it stuck with Bangalore.

Amidst all of the reactions towards the new logo, Bumrah spearheaded the trolls, as India’s best bowler gave a funny statement while taking a dig on his bowling action.

“Cool logo. Looks like my bowling action as well,” replied Bumrah on the social media post. Bumrah’s response got instant attention, as several followers of him joined the thread.

Jasprit BumrahMeanwhile, Bumrah is with team India, as the contingent is on a tour to New Zealand, and will face them in the first test match on the 21st February.

The 27-year-old bowler would be looking forward to shutting his doubters since he has failed to take a single wicket in the ODI series and have been below his standards.
