Kamaal Rashid Khan has set off another attack at the Indian cricketers, but this time it is the Women in blue that are at the receiving end of it. He has questioned the dismissal of Indian Women’s Cricket Team captain, Mithali Raj by claiming that the way in which she got out, looked as if the world cup final was fixed.

The Indian captain Mithali Raj was not able to contribute much in the final as she was dismissed for 17. The confusion between her and Punam Raut was followed by a mix-up which led to the captain getting run-out.

His baseless tweet didn’t go well with the Indian supporters, and he was criticized severely for his actions. This has become a regular occurrence with KRK, who enjoys bad-mouthing individuals who serve the nation.

When India lost to Pakistan in the ICC Champions Trophy final last month, he had accused players like Virat Kohli and Mahendra Singh Dhoni of fixing the match and had called them traitors.

He had also gone on to say that he would offer roles to these cricketers in his movie ‘Deshdrohi’ as they would add meaning to the term.

The Indian Women were given a target of 229 by England. They didn’t get off to a good start losing Smriti Mandhana early. After Mithali Raj got out for 17, Punam Raut and Harmanpreet Kaur steadied the innings by putting up a partnership of 95 runs.

The match completely shifted into England’s favour in the later part of the innings after the dismissal of Raut which led to a batting collapse. England’s Anya Shrubsole gave a match winning performance by claiming 6 wickets.
