Man United Transfer News: Manchester United offer €70 million plus a player to seal the transfer for Bruno Fernandes this winter.
Manchester United has reportedly progressed in Bruno Fernandes pursuit and view him as a necessary addition to the team, amidst few resources at the midfield in the club.
According to a report by the A Bola, Manchester United has enhanced their offer, as the Red Devils are ready to offer €60 million and Andreas Pereira in compensation to Fernandes, further Manchester United is also ready to add €10 million as add ons.
Pereira has hardly seen any success at Manchester United and is not viewed by Ole Solskjaer as a player he can rely on. Thus, the Red Devils are keen to offload him from the club.
Moreover, Pereira will probably like-to-like replacement for Sporting CP for Fernandes in terms of position, considering the abilities of the Brazilian midfielder, he can be a decent squad player at the Portuguese club.
Meanwhile, Manchester United was after Fernandes in summer too but the negotiations could not be completed by the end of that transfer window.
Telegraph has reported that Fernandes is highly interested in joining Manchester United this month, but still, it is difficult to bargain with Sporting CP for the Portuguese midfielder.

Fernandes signed an extension with the Portuguese club in 2019, which has increased his buyout fees drastically, in the summer transfer window several clubs failed to reduce the price for Fernandes with the earlier contract in existence.
So with this contract, it seems next to impossible that they will agree on a lower fee for Fernandes. Nevertheless, it is remained to be seen what Manchester United will do with the last two weeks left in the transfer window.
