Man Utd News: Zlatan Ibrahimovic in talks with Manchester United to reportedly make a sensational return to the Premier League.
Zlatan Ibrahimovic is at an age where most of the footballer either retire or start thinking about their managerial career. But Ibrahimovic is ruling a different continent while bashing goals in the MLS.
Indeed, Ibrahimovic is a person who is too confident about his abilities and most of the times he manages to stand on his words. It seems that the former Swedish International wants another challenge in his life and that is why he is considering of coming back to Europe.
According to a report by the TuttoMercatoWebm, Manchester United are interested in bringing Ibrahimovic back to Old Trafford and are ‘in talks’ over a stunning move for the LA Galaxy striker.
Ibrahimovic left United in 2018 for the MLS side and has made 58 appearances for the California-based club, scoring an impressive 53 times and assisting 15 times.
The LA Galaxy star earlier also teased about returning to Manchester United and in response club manager Ole Solskjaer suggested that he would welcome him back ‘if he is serious’ about returning.
Ibrahimovic had a decent stint with Manchester United, in 53 appearances across all competitions, he was able to amass 29 goals and 8 assists in the process.

On paper, Ibrahimovic looks as a decent backup option to the Red Devils behind Anthony Martial and Marcus Rashford considering his age and fitness level. But at the same time, Manchester United needs to give chances to their young prospects instead of re-shaping the careers of old guards.
Hence, all in Solskjaer needs to avoid this transfer. Meanwhile, Ibrahimovic also claimed that he was returning to Spain in a video, played in potentially his final MLS match in LA Galaxy’s 5-3 defeat to fierce rivals Los Angeles.
