This has forced the Spurs boss to deploy either Lucas Moura or Heung Min Son through the middle. Since Dybala has the capability to thrive either through the middle or the right wing, Mauricio Pochettino sees this as an ideal time to reinforce the forward department.

Spurs have taken their first step towards his signature, but they have to wind off interest from Bayern Munich, Paris Saint Germain, and Manchester United. The trio has shown interest in the forward previously, although they are yet to make a decision this summer.
