Mo Salah goal Vs Newcastle: Liverpool star scores a fantastic goal with weak foot

Watch the video of Mohamed Salah scoring a goal with the weaker foot against Newcastle United.

Liverpool travelled to Newcastle to reinstate their top spot in the Premier League. The hosts started the game on a high, but Jurgen Klopp’s men stroke first through their record signing Virgil Van Dijk.

The Dutch International was unpicked through a corner situation and he made full use of that to score a bullet header in the 13th minute. They had the ball for the next few minutes, but Newcastle started to press higher up the pitch and win plenty of duels. Matt Ritchie’s perfect ball found Solomon Rondon, whose shot was cleared off the line by Trent Alexander Arnold. The rebound fell kindly for Christian Atsu, who dispatched the ball from close range to equalize the score after second minutes from the opening goal.

Newcastle came the closest when Ayoze Perez hit the crossbar, but Liverpool reinstated their lead through their talisman, Mohamed Salah. Daniel Sturridge’s extravagant backheel found Trent Alexander Arnold in a perfect crossing position. The English International produced a peach of a delivery to find the Egyptian inside the penalty box.

Liverpool’s number 11 did not bother to take a touch and take a shot. Instead, Salah used his right foot to place the ball in the far post, handing no chance to the Magpies goalkeeper Martin Dubravka. It was one of his best-improvised goals.
