LeBron has always been an extremely supportive father when it comes to taking care of his kids’ basketball careers. He’s always sitting off-court whenever he has time to attend his kids’ games, cheering them on, and sometimes even coaching them.
The Lakers superstar loves to root for his kids from the sidelines, and at home, he spends time with them by shooting hoops together or finding other basketball-related activities to do.
LeBron shares a very close bond with his kids, and he wants to make sure that extends forward to whatever they’re looking to pursue. For now, Bryce and Bronny are both on trajectories to reach the NBA, and LeBron wants to make sure he’s there every step of the way.

LeBron James shows off Bronny James’ 22 point performance
At the Galen Center, Bronny decided to put Sierra Canyon on his back and led them to a monstrous performance to upset Wheeler.
Bronny scored 22 points on 8 of 14 shooting in the 66-55 win. Several big names attended the high school battle including Chris Brown, rappers The Game, 2 Chainz and Lil Dicky as well as Kenny “the Jet” Smith and Heisman Trophy winner Caleb Williams.
Sierra Canyon was down 16-6 in the first quarter and 29-21 at halftime before rallying in the second half behind Bronny to upset the higher-seeded Wheeler.
LeBron James was all over his son’s performance, knowing how he’s coming into his own as his senior year winds down. Bronny is set to take over the college world soon, and he’s making a good case for it.

LeBron dreams of playing with Bronny one day
If you were to ask LeBron what his number one goal for his NBA career is, it wouldn’t be passing Jordan in titles, outscoring Kareem Abdul Jabbar or any of that stuff. It would simply be being in the league long enough to play alongside his son.
Bronny is almost in college which means by the 2024-25 season, he’ll be eligible to play in the NBA. There’s no telling where LeBron will be at that point in his career, but given how he’s aged, it almost seems like a sure shot at this point that he’ll be able to play with his son.
He’s made it this far, what’s a year or two more to achieve your biggest goal?
