"LeBron James calling himself the GOAT so haters can get mad": NBA fans roast Lakers star, comparing him to Michael Jordan and the Bulls legend's humility

With more than a month for the release of LeBron James’ new movie, the Lakers star hinted at a dispute with one of his Tune Squad teammate.

LeBron James is one of the most accomplished basketball players of all time. Apart from finding tons of success on the court, the 17-time All-Star has had a pretty successful career off the court too. As many rightfully speculated, Bron’s move to LA back in 2018, was also fueled by wanting the glamour of Hollywood.

Like enthusiasts said, King James was preparing for his acting career while utilizing his SpringHill Entertainment production company. Today, LeBron is following the footsteps of Chicago Bulls legend Michael Jordan and starring in a lead role for Space Jam: A New Legacy.

The movie which is set to release on July 14th of this year has given us quite a few glimpses to grasp the plot of the story – in order to save his son, James needs to team up with the Tune Squad and play a basketball match against the Goon Squad. However, in a recent tweet, LBJ gave us a huge hint for a possible plot twist.

LeBron James hints at a possible feud with Tune Squad teammate

With over a month left for the release of the movie, promotions for Space Jam 2 doesn’t seem to slow down. In a recent ad, we learn that Goons VS Toons isn’t the only action we are in for. LeBron also revealed that he, apparently, will be having a feud with one of his teammates, Bugs Bunny.

There is nothing new in LeBron James getting frustrated at his teammates. Very often, we have seen Bron screaming, getting pissed and even death staring at his teammates. Looks like Bugs has done something to piss the King off.  In a tweet, King James disclosed:

Surprisingly, the 4-time champ referred to himself as the GOAT in his tweet. Fans were very quick to take notice of it and compare him to Jordan himself. A few Twitter users even blasted the Lakers leader stating that MJ never called himself the GOAT.

Now that the Lakers’ season has come to an unexpected end, LeBron will have more time on his hand to help with his debut movie. As he mentioned in his final interview of the 2020-2021 campaign, James would rather be associated with his Tune Squad instead of Team USA at the Olympics. Clearly, the 4-time MVP is under quite a lot of pressure to save his son from the Goon Squad.
