NBA fans react to Damian Lillard getting close with guys like Jayson Tatum and Bradley Beal during Team USA’s practice for the Olympics.
With just two teams left in the 2021 NBA Playoffs, the offseason is underway for quite nearly the entirety of the league. This means the NBA trade rumor mill is churning out new information on the daily about any superstars within the league that may be on the move. Damian Lillard has been the focal point of most trade rumors for quite some time now.

With the Blazers having yet another uneventful postseason, Neil Olshey decided to switch things up and have a new bench boss on the scene. However, the Chauncey Billups hiring, in short, opened up a can of worms that made the Portland Trailblazers look quite terrible in the eyes of fans and the media alike.
The whole ordeal reportedly put some distance between Olshey and Damian Lillard, reportedly. So, despite the fact that the Blazers GM said Dame will 100% stay in Portland, hypothetical trade packages are more than justified.
NBA fans believe Damian Lillard is recruiting guys like Jayson Tatum and Bradley Beal to the Blazers.
Team USA has officially assembled for the 2021 Tokyo Olympics with guys like Kevin Durant, Damian Lillard, and Draymond Green leading the charge. Several pictures and videos from their practices have been released and it’s safe to say that it’s a treat to watch some of the greatest talents in the world take to the floor on the same team.
However, amidst the drama all the way over in Portland, Oregon, NBA fans couldn’t help but notice that Damian Lillard was getting quite close to both Jayson Tatum and Bradley Beal. A photo taken by Ethan Miller has got fans up in arms about whether or not the Blazers superstar is taking a page out of LeBron James’s book and trying to get talent to the NorthWest.

In all fairness however, fans like this are quite asinine as of course the 12-man squad would interact with one another when practicing together in a gym. NBA fans need to realize that not all conversations between players revolves around them teaming up in the league.
