Shaquille O’Neal is no stranger to the music industry. Not only is a part-time DJ operating under the moniker of ‘DJ Diesel’, he’s also been a fairly acclaimed rapper many decades ago in the early to mid 1990s where he would go on to be offered a record deal by Jive Records worth $10,000,000 for 3 albums. So, it’s safe to say that Shaq has great taste in music and he uses this great taste in music to set the mood for any women that he may be with, even hinting towards that woman being the interviewer sitting across from him.

When it comes to the ‘Big Aristotle’s love life, he’s stated time and time again that not only has he ‘messed up’ when it comes to having let go of two perfect women, but he’s too busy at the moment to give a woman the attention she deserves. This is because he considers his daughters and his mother. Lucille, as his wives as he takes care of them on a daily basis.
Shaquille O’Neal plays songs that’ll set the mood
Shaquille O’Neal recently appeared on Grammy Award-winning artist, Monica, newest podcast, MoTalk, and talked about a variety of topics ranging from his personal life with women to his responsibilities as a man to his family. In between all that, Shaq revealed what songs he plays when he’s with a ‘special someone’.
The list of songs included the likes of “My Dear” by Mint Condition, “OTW” by Khalid, and “My Life” by Mary J Blige. Shaq, while he was seemingly talking about a hypothetical woman in this scenario, couldn’t help by refer to this woman as “you” while talking to Monica, while indulging in flirtatious banter.
Over the past year or so, the 4x NBA champion has been linked to his ‘Big Podcast’ co-host, Nischelle Turner. These rumors have since been dispelled and so it’s unclear if Shaq and Monica are involved romantically or not, especially after all the compliments he gave to her throughout the pod. For now, there seems to be no romantic link between the two.
Shaq once flirted with a ‘Daily Pop’ guest host
While getting interviewed by ‘Daily Pop’, Shaq was asked to look at the camera and give a couple flirty stares into the camera. After that he would hit guest host Rocsi Diaz with a line that would go viral and have the entire set in splits.
Of course, there was no romantic link between Diaz and O’Neal but given that the former has established his personality as someone who jokes around in that space, he was given the benefit of doubt.
