Draymond Green has given a heartwarming interview on LeBron James, referring to him as the GOAT and hoping he runs for President

The Golden State Warriors star Draymond Green praised the multiple time MVP and current LA Lakers star LeBron James, by hailing him ‘arguably the greatest player of all time’. The Warriors forward said this on an appearance on ESPN’s First Take on Tuesday.

Draymond Green on LeBron James: ‘He could be the GOAT’

Green said ” He is arguably the greatest of all-time. Look at his resume, it’s flawless.”

LeBron James over his 16-year career has averaged 27 points, 7.4 rebounds, and 7.4 assists.

He is also a 16-time All-star, 4-time NBA MVP, 2-time Olympic Gold Medalist, and a 3-time NBA champion. Such stats only enhance Green’s statement.

James and Green have faced off in 4 different NBA finals. And Green earlier has claimed that he is good friends with LeBron. Green praised James for his on-court as well as off-court actions.

Could LeBron James run for President?

Green praised James’ civil activism for his recent campaign: “More than a vote” which will aim to educate the Black community on voter suppression and the voting process in general, with a focus on increasing voter turnout.

The Lakers star has been actively supporting the ‘Black Lives Matter’ movement. And has also fed the hungry during the outbreak of the coronavirus outbreak.

Green said that once James is done with basketball, he could run for the ‘President (of United States) one day’.

“I have the utmost respect for him and hopefully he runs for president one day.” Draymond Green said.

if James ever runs for the President it could be said that he will have the full support of Green and the NBA as well.
