Bucks’ superstar Giannis Antetokounmpo is almost about to complete the final challenge that Kobe Bryant gave him, all the way back in 2019

Kobe Bryant was one of the fiercest competitors in the game of basketball. However, his love for the game was as much as his love for the competition. As a lot of stars have shared, Bryant used to love coaching the younger generation and helped them get better. Back in the summer of 2017, having just retired from the game, Kobe Bryant was issuing challenges to different athletes and celebrities.

However, when Giannis Antetokounmpo did not receive his challenge, he put out a tweet. It was then that the Black Mamba challenged the Greek Freak to become the best player in the NBA.

Tonight, Giannis and his Bucks have the chance to make good on the challenge. They erased a 0-2 deficit and have won three games on the trot. The momentum of the series on their side. However, we can expect Chris Paul and his Suns to put up a fight.

Honoring Kobe’s last challenge should give Giannis extra motivation to wrap up the series tonight.
