“This new generation spreads too much hate”: Rudy Gobert goes off on NBA fans ridiculing the Jazz loss to Paul George and the Clippers

Reggie Jackson has been tearing it up for the Clippers for 9 games now. They’ve given him some awesome new nicknames in tune with this.

The LA Clippers have already created history this year by appearing in the Western Conference Finals for the first time. If they’d had Kawhi Leonard on their ranks, they’d be considered betting favorites by most people at the moment.

As things stand, the Klaw will probably not feature in these playoffs again. His long-term health is of paramount importance to the Clippers organization, and they won’t compromise with it.

Having said that, they’ve also needed the rest of their roster to step up and fill in for their leader. Based on how they played in games 5 and 6 without him, it’s safe to say that Ty Lue is now getting the best out of his team.

Perhaps the biggest success story among the Clippers’ roster this postseason has been that of Reggie Jackson. It was barely 1 year ago that Jackson agreed to a vet minimum deal with Clippers nation.

He’s been imperious all year long, but it seemed that he would undergo a dip in his minutes in the playoffs. After all, Luka Doncic was hunting him on switches and giving the Clippers the business all series long.

But it seems that Reggie Jackson was able to flip the proverbial switch mid-way through that series. He turned it all the way up against the Utah Jazz, going after Rudy Gobert mercilessly on switches all series long.

His shot wasn’t falling at a tenable rate to start the series off, but he got better at navigating Gobert through the perimeter and eventually getting buckets on the 3-time DPOY. By the end, it was clear that he owned a mental edge on the Frenchman.

He’s turned all eyes onto himself ahead of the Clippers’ Conference Finals matchup with the Suns. Fans have been looking for new nicknames for Bobby Shmurda
