Kawhi Leonard yelled out “Hell nah!” and pokes fun at Montrezl Harrell attempting to take a shot from within the arc.
NBA preseason commenced with 5 games played on Friday night. The Clippers-Lakers game was undoubtedly set to be the headline grabber of the day. This was the first time they matched up with one another since they last did on the first day of the NBA Bubble.
Both teams look quite different from when they did back in August, due to their offseason moves. The most noteworthy move that involved both the Lakers and the Clippers was the Montrezl Harrell acquisition by the Lakers, from the Clippers.
Kawhi Leonard makes fun of Montrezl Harrell for taking a shot
The rivalry that was heavily anticipated between the Lakers and the Clippers did not live up to the hype due to the Clippers’ postseason misfortunes. However, with the Harrell move, it might add a bit more to the Battle for LA.
Montrezl Harrell had a solid first outing for the Lakers last night as he posted a double double with 13 points and 12 rebounds. Despite a bad shooting night, he eased his way into the Lakers’ scheme of things.
Midway through the 2nd quarter, Harrell posted up on the right block and took a shot. He bricked this shot however and this resulted in Kawhi Leonard disrespecting the shot attempt by immediately yelling, “Hell nah!”
