The Team USA Basketball training camp is going on in full swing. After their first practice session on Tuesday, it was clear what the focus of the camp was going to be. While Draymond Green was not a part of the 2019 Team USA squad, he was prioritized for being the defensive pillar of the team. The Warriors’ forward has been the defensive pillar for the team since 2014-15 and knows how to bring the best out of his teammates. Green takes immense pride in being a world-class defender. Team USA lacks no firepower offensively, and with Green at the helm of the defense, they seem unstoppable.

Damian Lillard is one of the most explosive guards, with a range that is second to none. Playing alongside Kevin Durant, Bradley Beal, Devin Booker, and players of that caliber, Green is also honing his defense.

With his replies, one thing is for certain. Whenever Draymond Green would retire, he would have a bright future in television, should he choose so.
