Chris Paul

Will Chris Paul be available for the Phoenix Suns against the LA Clippers in game 1 of the Western Conference Finals. With the LA Clippers eliminating the Jazz in 6, we finally have our Western Conference Finals matchup. Ahead of this game though, the Phoenix Suns may have a problem. And it’s a Chris Paul-sized one.

Just after Phoenix ousted Denver in just 4 games, the Point God had to enter Covid health and safety protocols.

While this did look bad at first, many noted that the player has taken the vaccine against Covid-19. With that in mind, Suns fans have been hoping and praying for the 36-year-old’s return.

So, what’s the situation. Will CP3 be okay in time for game-1? Or will the franchise be without arguably their best player?

Chris Paul will remain under the NBA’s COVID-19 health and safety protocols during game 1 of the Western Conference Finals

Sorry Suns fans.

Despite taking the vaccine, the player will reportedly continue to be under the health and safety protocols for the start of the series.

However, there is still belief that the star can return to the fold in time for game 2. And if Paul can indeed do so, it will be a massive boost against a Clippers side that isn’t likely to have Kawhi Leonard on the floor.

For now though, the news remains negative. But, things can change quickly in the NBA. And we will be watching this space, to bring you the latest on Chris Paul and the Phoenix Suns.
