Is LeBron James Playing vs Grizzlies? Lakers’ Issue Concerning Report Ahead of Game 1

The Los Angeles Lakers are back in the Playoffs after not even making the Play-In tournament last season. A huge reason that LeBron James and co. are in this situation is because of the team’s moves at the trade deadline.

Getting D’Angelo Russell, Jarred Vanderbilt, Malik Beasley, and Rui Hachimura before the trade deadline helped them turn things around. They finished with the 2nd best record since the All-Star Break and fought their way into the playoffs.

After beating the Minnesota Timberwolves in the first Play-IN Game, the Lakers booked a berth against the Memphis Grizzlies in the postseason. It wouldn’t be an easy matchup for either team. Heading to Memphis, the Lakers have the fans a little concerned with their injury report.

LeBron James and Anthony Davis are listed as probable

The Los Angeles Lakers secured a playoff berth on Tuesday. They will be playing Game 1 on Sunday. With a five-day break, many expected the Lakers’ injury report to be clean. However, they have three players on the list ahead of the Sunday matchup.

LeBron James, Anthony Davis, and Dennis Schroder have been listed as probable by the Purple and Gold.

The fans hope the report is precautionary only and their stars suit up for Game 1. I believe that to be the case, and there is no way that LeBron or AD will miss their first playoff game in nearly two seasons, unless they’re every injured.
