Is Stephen Curry Playing a Tonight Against The Hornets? Warriors Release Injury Update On 2022 Finals MVP

Stephen Curry has been leading a lackluster Golden State Warriors roster all throughout this 2022-23 NBA season. His MVP-esque performances are what are keeping them above .500 in a loaded Western Conference and without him it’s clear the Dubs aren’t going to live up to that name.

Unfortunately for Draymond Green and company, the team will be without their sharpshooting superstar for an extended period of time. This is due to the fact that he’s suffered a partially dislocated left shoulder during a Warriors-Pacers game in Indiana.

Many confuse Curry’s injuries with his heavily protected and bandaged ankle though this time around, he’s suffered an upper body injury. Golden State haven’t looked like title contenders in the slightest this season, especially on the road, and they certainly did not look like title contenders without Steph or Andrew Wiggins out on the floor.

Will Stephen Curry play against the Hornets?

Stephen Curry was initially supposed to be out for a minimum of two weeks when he suffered the shoulder injury against Indiana but as of the latest reporting on the injury, he’s set to be ‘OUT’ for yet another two weeks.

This would mean that the Golden State Warriors are without their sharpshooting leader against the tanking Charlotte Hornets. With the way the Dubs handled business on Christmas against the loaded Memphis Grizzlies, it’s safe to say that they will be able to hold their own against LaMelo Ball and company for the most part.
