“Jack Harlow Got A Tyler Herro Song, But Reps Celtics?”: NBA Twitter Goes At Rapper For Betting Against Jimmy Butler And The Heat

The Celtics-Heat series was supposed to be another sweep in the Conference Finals. However, Jayson Tatum’s side made sure it wasn’t. After going down 3-0 in the series, they stormed back right into it by winning three do-or-die games. As they took on Jimmy Butler and Co on Monday, celebrities arrived to witness history. However, Jack Harlow, who has a whole song that goes by ‘Tyler Herro’ was not supporting the injured guard’s team.

This Game 7 of the 2023 post-season had the utmost significance because if the Celtics had won it, they would have been the first team to come back from a 3-0 deficit in NBA Playoffs. 150 teams before them had failed to do so.

And so from Steve Aoki, Dana White, and Trent Alexander Arnold (Liverpool star), to Donnie Wahlberg, Cousin Stizz, and Harlow, several stars from different fields made an appearance in TD Garden. But most of them were there for the Celtics.

Jack Harlow gets trolled for supporting the Boston Celtics against Jimmy Butler and the Heat

An awful lot of celebrities who come to support a team are somewhat bandwagon fans. And rapper Jack Harlow, who was in a Boston fit, was called out for the same.

“Jack harlow a fraud got a whole song called Tyler Herro but repping the Celtics”, wrote a user for the Rapper.

One accused him of supporting the team that was blending with his New Balances, “He just supporting whatever team match the new balances”.

“The switch up is crazyyyy,” said another.

One fan had a different opinion though.

“Well he has to root for the Celtics because if the Celtics lose.. it proves the Miami heat are better without Tyler Herro,” the user wrote.

The rapper, who has even worked with Heat guard Tyler Herro in the remake of ‘White Men Can’t Jump’, must have been disappointed like other celebs who came out in support of the Cs. They lost the game 84-103.

Celtics failed to make history

After a miraculous comeback, the Celtics failed to win Game 7 with all the momentum and hype with them. Had they won, these Celtics would have been the first team to win a playoff series after going 0-3 down.

They lost it to the team that is having one of the greatest turn-around seasons themselves.

The Miami Heat, who came to the post-season as the 8th seed in the East, would now face the 1st seed of the West and WCF champions, the Denver Nuggets. Seems as though booking those tickets to Denver in advance, even prior to the start of Game 7 against the Boston Celtics in Boston paid off.
